On recommendation from a friend who has hired a treadmill I thought this would be a great option to see the use I would get out of it and have the exercising option for cardio at home.  And these bikes are an all body workout which is why I got it.  From point of ordering to receiving the Bike it was simple, ordered on Monday and delivered on the Wednesday.
